Biography

Steve Maynor is a Regional Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Steve is a valued member of the consulting team at YA Group, where he leverages his expertise to deliver practical solutions for complex building challenges.

He specializes in roofing and waterproofing condition assessments, quality assurance observations, and forensic investigations across a variety of structures. Steve also prepares estimated opinions of cost for remedial repairs or replacement options and performs detailed inspections and testing services to ensure compliance and performance.

Earlier in his career, Steve worked in estimating, project management, building materials manufacturing technical support, and building consulting. These experiences provided him with a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and materials, enabling him to approach projects with precision and insight.
