Biography

As a mechanical engineer with more than two decades of experience in the automotive engineering field, Mr. DiBiase is a valuable member of  YA Engineering Services. He was a Senior Forensic Engineer at Momentum Engineering Corp from 2013-2023. He has participated in hundreds of projects related to accident reconstruction, where he conducts vehicle inspections, site inspections using 3-dimensional LIDAR scanning and vehicle downloads. He also applies advanced computer simulations, data acquisition, scripting, processing, plotting, and exhibit preparation.

Mr. DiBiase holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, which he obtained in 1999. He has a background in design and manufacturing for chassis systems and has worked in advanced engineering research and development OEM departments. He has performed advanced computer simulations for advanced suspension, steering, driveline, and brake system designs, as well as proof of concepts. He has also achieved a Level 3 TRC Vehicle Dynamics driver certification for automotive systems evaluation. He has expertise in rollovers and vehicle handling, among other types of vehicular accidents.
