Biography

Ron Perley is a Partner at YA Group and has been with the company for nearly 20 years. Ron has utilized his background as a project executive/manager and experience on design-build projects to provide building damage assessments, repair and replacement scopes of work and estimates, cost evaluations, and project schedules.

As a Regional Consultant, he consulted on a variety of loss types for commercial, hospitality, medical, manufacturing, and multi-family losses ranging from $100,000 to $30 million. As a project executive/manager with one of the largest electrical contractors in the U.S., Ron’s experience with commercial, manufacturing, high rise, and hospital remodels provides a solid basis for assessment of reconstruction and sequencing repairs for these types of losses.
