Biography
RON PERLEY joined YOUNG & Associates in 2003. Ron has utilized his background as a Project Executive/Manager and experience on design-build projects to provide building damage assessments, repair and replacement scopes of work and estimates, cost evaluations, and project schedules. As a Regional Consultant, he has consulted on a variety of loss types for commercial, hospitality, medical, manufacturing, and multi-family losses throughout the United States ranging from $100,000 to $30,000,000. As a Project Executive/Manager with one of the largest electrical contractors in the U.S., Ron’s experience with commercial, manufacturing, high rise, and hospital remodels provides a solid basis for assessment of reconstruction and sequencing repairs for these types of losses. In 2008, Ron accepted a YA Partnership and assumed additional responsibilities including management of consultants, consultant development, quality control, and coordination of personnel.
