Rodney Sharpnack is a Regional Consultant at YA Group with over 32 years of experience in the construction management field, including construction cost estimating, project management, staff supervision, and cost analysis. In the last 12+ years, he has estimated, managed, and closed hundreds of insurance losses.

He works cohesively with adjusters, contractors, sub-contractors, homeowners, business owners, principles, and clergy.
