Biography
Reza Marshal has worked in the civil/traffic engineering field since 1982, working on tort liability cases related to civil/traffic engineering, construction, and safety.
With over 40 years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering, his experience includes all aspects of traffic engineering and highway design, including signal warrant investigation, signing and striping, traffic impact analysis and studies, traffic signal design, speed survey, construction zone safety, traffic data collection, highway maintenance and deficiencies, sight distance visibility, pavement edge drop-off, guardrail, tort liability, and expert witness testimony. He is also a technical member of the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (NCUTCD), serving on the temporary traffic control devices committee.
He is a registered professional engineer in Washington, Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Florida and is certified as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) nationwide. Reza has served as a National Cooperative Highway Research Program panel member and is a member of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) and the California Association of Accident Reconstruction Specialists (CAARS).
