Biography

Mitch Metcalf joined YOUNG & Associates as a Senior Consultant in 2023. Mr. Metcalf has worked in all insurance claims phases to mitigate and reconstruct damage caused by water, fire, wind, and mold. Past projects include inspection and damage assessment of residential and commercial properties, including water removal and extraction, drying and dehumidification, restoration, cleaning, sanitizing, and construction repair. Mr. Metcalf also has experience in estimating construction repairs, including residential and commercial properties using Xactimate and Symbility, as well as being skilled in project development, including the scope of work, photo documentation, material procurement, and equipment allocation and distribution.
