Biography

Michael Young is a Regional Building Consultant in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Michael joined YOUNG & Associates in 2022 and has more than 15 years of experience in the construction and insurance industries. He specializes in estimating, evaluating losses’ scope, and handling complex claims. Michael has evaluated losses such as fire, wind, flood, hurricanes, water, tornadoes, hail, and explosions. He has consulted on losses to residential dwellings, apartment complexes, casinos, multi-building corporate campuses, manufacturing facilities, hotel/resort buildings, airport hangars, and playground structures. Michael’s background knowledge extends from work as an insurance agent, insurance adjuster for a nationally known insurance carrier, and a senior estimator for a large restoration company. His vast experience in multiple fields of the industry allows for a balanced perspective and an in-depth view of how to best assist in loss evaluations.
