Biography

Megan Helsabeck joined YOUNG & Associates in 2021. Megan’s experience stemmed directly out of college while working for a National Home Building Company “Pulte Homes”, then a custom home builder “Rabon Construction” finally onto A&I Fire and Water Restoration on the East Coast in South Carolina. This is where she landed the next 14 years as a residential/commercial estimator who allowed her to estimate over 35 million of work. During her time there as a project estimator she was involved with multiple named Hurricanes, Forest fires, Mold remediations that affected high rise beach hotels, condos, residential homes, colleges, and hospitals. This allowed her to experience scoping properties using Xactimate and evaluating pricing/scope variations and negotiations with insurance companies.
