Biography

Marvin Spruill III is a Senior Consultant at YA Group with extensive experience in disaster response, restoration and construction management. He has expertise in estimating, project coordination and loss assessment for commercial and residential properties.

Before joining YA Group, Marvin spent 15 years as a firefighter, instructor and member of North Carolina’s Urban Search and Rescue team, responding to major disasters including hurricanes, tornados, infrastructure failures and other large-scale emergency events. His background also includes military service in the U.S. Army and ownership of a licensed contracting firm focused on restoration and remodeling.
