Biography

Loraine joined YA Engineering Services in 2024 through the acquisition of Bloomberg Consulting. She has an extensive background in healthcare education, sales, and marketing. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University. She earned a certificate in infectious disease control from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, where she also worked as a clinical instructor.

Loraine has extensive knowledge and experience in project management in the healthcare industry and in managing a community interface with clients.
