Biography

Kurt Berger is a Senior Regional Consultant who joined YOUNG & Associates in 2019. With over 16 years of experience in the insurance and restoration industry, he began his career as a Property Adjuster. His background in drafting and construction, along with his attention to detail, quickly advanced him to the role of Technical Specialist/Large Loss Adjuster. Transitioning to the restoration side of the industry, Kurt has focused exclusively on large and complex property damage claims. Over the years, his expertise has been utilized for Xactimate training, arbitration, peer development, estimate review, and the creation of an “Estimating Guidelines” employee handbook.
