Biography

KEVIN OAKES joined YOUNG & Associates as a Senior Consultant in 2016. Kevin has been in the construction industry since 1999. He began his career as a superintendent, acquiring scheduling and staff management skills on new construction, repairs/maintenance and remodeling projects. This provided the experience and knowledge allowing him to progress into a successful career in project coordination and business development. Kevin has established and maintained relationships with a variety of clients including general contractors, business owners, property managers and adjusters during his 18 years in the construction industry. He is detail oriented and focused on client satisfaction.
