Biography

Justin Isabell is a restoration and building consultant with a background in construction and loss mitigation spanning the last decade. With an educational background in architecture, and 10 years working in restoration reconstruction, Justin can knowledgeably assess loss, identify potential pitfalls early on, and has a thorough understanding of building construction within and outside of the restoration industry.

Justin’s strengths are in understanding construction types, their impact on mitigation processes, building cost estimating, and working collaboratively with the insureds, emergency service providers, and the carriers that insure them.

Justin has worked on a variety of projects including commercial, industrial, institutional, educational, residential, and historical; and enjoys the complexity that is inherently within larger losses with many moving parts. His past work experience has included projects as small as a flooded residence where sensitivity to a person’s loss is paramount, to large scale commercial restoration projects with more than half a billion dollars in exposure where business interruption and retaining market share become driving factors of the response.
