Juan Arellano is a Senior Equipment Loss Consultant M.S.E.E with over 25 years of experience in equipment loss consulting related to high-technology equipment and systems. He provides damage assessment for business personal property losses. Mr. Arellano has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments. throughout the United States and has consulted on large complex insurance losses, including Electrical substations, electrical transfer switches, and switchgear. Areas of expertise consist of high rises, hospitals, and hotels. In addition to damage assessment, he specializes in equipment recovery solutions, repair versus replacement analysis, comparable replacement analysis, production mitigation solutions, and claims analysis surrounding technology-related issues.
