Biography

JON GOWER joined YOUNG & Associates in 2017 as a Senior Consultant. Mr. Gower has twenty years of experience working in insurance, estimating, general contracting, roofing, and building consulting. He has completed building projects, roofing projects and large loss damage assessments demonstrating expertise, competence, and integrity in the building industry. His experience ranges from individual home building to large loss estimating projects totaling over ten million dollars, performing quality assurance site visits to observe and document roofing and waterproofing construction to ensure conformance with contract documents. Jon performs roofing and waterproofing condition assessments as well as forensic investigations, which includes, preparing estimated opinions of cost for roofing and waterproofing remedial repair or replacement options, performing various inspection and testing services on existing and new construction roofing and waterproofing materials/installations.
