Biography

Jeremy McMillen is a Project Manager of YA Engineering Services (YAES) in the greater St. Louis area. His work focuses on solving complex problems on a wide range of structure types, from high-rise buildings to residential structures and commercial and industrial properties. He has specialized expertise in assessing the effects of tornadoes, floods, and storms on existing structures. Mr. McMillen’s work includes field investigations of damaged and failed structures and performing evaluations and analyses using a wide range of modeling techniques. Prior to joining YAES, he spent ten years at Donan in St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to joining Donan, Mr. McMillen has eight years of civil engineering experience. He attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering.
