James Probeck

Biography

James Probeck is a professional reconstruction consultant who has evaluated, negotiated, and assisted in settlements of over 800 insurance property claims throughout the Midwest and Southern Regions of the United States. James has extensive experience in property damage restoration projects, including commercial, industrial, single-family homes, multi-family complexes, restaurants, and churches.

Before his tenure as a reconstruction estimator within the restoration industry, James worked as a carpenter, foreman, and superintendent in the private construction sector. He is involved in property damage assessments, the generation of accurate reconstruction scopes, scope evaluation, project management, and onsite project monitoring. He has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States and has consulted on sizeable complex insurance losses, including Industrial, commercial, and residential properties.
