Biography

Holly Jacoby joined YA as Corporate Counsel in 2024. Prior to joining YA, Holly developed her skills in collaboration, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management while working in contracts & strategic sourcing for a large health system in the Pacific Northwest. Holly has extensive experience in business operational standardization, including drafting & managing both policies and procedures. Holly is highly motivated to once again engage in meaningful work that leverages her legal skills and experience after a career break full of volunteering & language learning as a U.S. military dependent in Germany.
