Biography

Evan Perley joined YOUNG & Associates in 2010. He started in the construction industry in 2007 as an electrician and estimator for a mid-sized electrical contractor, working on commercial and residential projects in Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. As a Consultant at YOUNG & Associates, Evan has honed the skills and expertise necessary to adeptly manage a diverse array of losses. In 2023, he was promoted to Partner, assuming responsibilities including management of consultants, consultant development, quality control, and coordination of personnel. He specializes in high-profile, complex structural property estimating for high-end residential, multi-family, commercial, hotels and resorts, manufacturing, industrial, military, and institutional claims throughout the United States. His skill set includes project management, detailed cost estimation, property damage assessment, data analysis, inspection logistics, and effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, he assists in developing consulting methodologies and practices, ensuring high standards and efficiency in claims management.
