Biography

Eloy Cisneros has over twenty-eight years of experience providing environmental, health & safety, industrial hygiene, building sciences, and due diligence consulting services to the private and public sectors. Mr. Cisneros is an accredited training provider with numerous certifications throughout the United States for asbestos, lead, microbial, fire, and smoke consulting. His experience includes assessing impacts from a wide range of environmental conditions and developing effective remediation/ restoration protocols to address any identified impacts or conditions of concern, including but not limited to fire and smoke, water and mold/bacteria, indoor air quality (IAQ), and hazardous materials/ constituents (combustion byproducts, microbial growth, asbestos, lead, heavy metals, VOCs, PCBs, etc.). Mr. Cisneros has successfully designed, planned, coordinated, managed, reviewed, and completed environmental services on projects of all sizes, from small single-family residences to large facilities, extensive portfolios, and entire school districts. His knowledge and experience have allowed him to develop and implement cost-effective solutions to some of the most complex environmental issues.
