Biography

ED EILERS joined YOUNG and Associates in 2023 as a Senior Consultant. Originally from Chicago, Mr. Eilers began his work in construction as a superintendent for a Gold Coast Custom remodeling design firm. He developed the skills to read blueprints, manage employees, and ensure projects were brought in under budget. Ed’s success and ability to lead multiple projects led him to progress into his next role as Production Manager, where he managed multiple project managers and superintendents for a residential remodeling company in the Kansas City area. He then started the roofing division in Kansas City for a national restoration company. He moved his family to Middle Tennessee and became a Senior Estimator working on large losses for a local restoration company in Murfreesboro, TN. Mr. Eilers has experience as a Superintendent, Project Manager, Senior Estimator, and Marketing and Business Development.
