Biography

DEREK DYE joined YOUNG & Associates in 2017 bringing with him a diverse job background beginning with the Air Force, to management, to real estate and consulting. He brings with him experience in home inspections, estimating, evaluations, appraisal, safety hazards, organization, and communication among many levels of management and between a wide array of entities. Derek has a unique skill set that allows him to learn, adapt and rise to any situation with a high standard of morale and professional conduct.
