David Mallory

Senior Managing Engineer
Biography
David Mallory is a Senior Managing Engineer at YA Group with nearly 20 years of experience specializing in property damage investigations, loss valuation, and code application, as well as providing remediation support. He is a key member of the Construction Consulting team.
David was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he served for 10 years and managed both small- and large-scale construction projects. Before joining YA Group, he worked as a project manager and site engineer for a development firm in central Ohio.
David’s combined military and civilian experience provides a strong foundation for delivering accurate evaluations and practical solutions for complex property damage matters.
