Biography

DAVID KEEN joined YOUNG & Associates in 2013. He started his career as a Structural Design Engineer after receiving his degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University in 1980. Soon after, David moved into site engineering, construction management, and estimating on commercial and industrial projects in Atlanta with a mid-sized General Contracting firm. David also worked as a Project Manager and Estimator for 23 years with a large insurance restoration contractor in Atlanta. As a Senior Consultant with YOUNG & Associates, David has consulted on a wide variety of losses on commercial, multifamily, senior living, and government losses. David has also completed additional certifications to enhance his consulting expertise, WRT (Water Remediation Technician) – 2013, EPA Asbestos Inspector – 2003, EPA Lead Paint R&P Certification – 2010, HAAG Residential Roof Inspector – 2011, HAAG Commercial Roof Inspector – 2013.
