Biography

David Keen has over a decade of experience with YA Group, consulting on a wide variety of commercial, multifamily, senior living, and government losses.

He started his career as a structural design engineer before moving into site engineering, construction management, and estimating on commercial and industrial projects with a mid-sized general contracting firm. David also worked as a project manager and estimator for 23 years with a large insurance restoration contractor.

David has also completed additional certifications to enhance his consulting expertise, WRT (Water Remediation Technician) – 2013, EPA Asbestos Inspector – 2003, EPA Lead Paint R&P Certification – 2010, HAAG Residential Roof Inspector – 2011, HAAG Commercial Roof Inspector – 2013.
