Biography

David Beard is a valued partner on the construction consulting team. He started his consulting career in 2004 when hurricanes Charlie, Jean and Francis struck the Florida peninsula and has since handled 19 hurricanes.

With 20 years of experience as a consultant, he has managed a variety of insurance claims, from hospitals and warehouses to high-rise buildings and multi-family complexes. Additionally, David offers over 34 years of industry experience providing assistance on large complex losses, managing work forces to complete jobs in a timely manner, providing expert testimony, and working closely with clients, contractors, and the insured to enable open communication.
