Biography
Mr. Jones joined YA Engineering Services in 2022 by way of Momentum Engineering. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah. He was a member of the Utah Utes Division I baseball team. Mr. Jones also attended the United States Naval Academy, where he studied Aerospace Engineering and was later honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy.
Mr. Jones has worked in the biomedical field for Biofire Diagnostics in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has also worked as a rocket scientist for Northrop Grumman, building ICBMs. Later, he transferred to the composite and aerospace fields and built planes like the F-35 JSF, Boeing 787 Dreamliner, and Airbus A350. Over his career, Mr. Jones has worked in the design, structure analysis, manufacturing, QRT, and tooling fields.
