Biography

Bryan joined YOUNG & Associates as a Regional Consultant in 2024. He spent the first 12 years of his professional career working in the construction management industry, starting as an Estimator and, most recently, as a Business Development Manager. As an Estimator, Bryan supported and led preconstruction efforts on complex new construction and renovation projects throughout the Northeast across various sectors, including healthcare, life/health sciences, higher education, public K-12, and historical/landmark restoration. He is well-versed in performing detailed quantity takeoffs, analyzing project documents, devising trade-specific scopes of work, conducting bid review analysis, coordinating with field operations and project stakeholders, and formulating accurate cost estimates. He transitioned into business development in 2018, where his role diversified and grew into regional strategic planning, implementation of market strategies, and cultivation of client relationships. Bryan’s technical expertise and knack for people and communication give him a unique skill set to adapt and ultimately provide a high-quality level of service and experience to his clients.
