Biography

BRANDON WEYER joined YOUNG & Associates in 2016. Brandon began his career in the construction industry as a field technician for a roofing company. The opportunity gave him the hands-on experience to quickly learn many different aspects of the construction industry. Brandon’s ability to manage and lead teams on commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare projects quickly advanced him into project management and project estimating positions. With his expertise in all aspects of construction, including business development, consultations, estimating, and project management he pursued his goal of becoming a consultant. Now working as a building consultant with YOUNG & Associates, Brandon is responsible for consulting on a variety of losses. He has provided damage assessments and estimates on commercial, multifamily, senior living, government, and casino/gaming losses. In addition to maintaining certification as a HAAG roof inspector, Brandon has also furthered his education with certifications in Lead Awareness Training, Asbestos Awareness Training, and with IICRC designations WRT (Water Restoration Technician) and ASD (Applied Structural Drying).
