Biography

Bob Givens is based out of Nashville, TN, and brings to YOUNG & Associates construction scheduling experience from both the General Contractor’s and the Owner’s side of the table. Bob earned a bachelor’s in civil engineering from Tennessee Technological University before beginning his professional career as a dual threat scheduler/assistant project engineer. Bob has experience in critical path method scheduling, time impact analysis, delay analysis, forensic schedule analysis, cost analysis, and dispute resolution.
