Biography

Ashley Self is part of the team overseeing the administrative structure and support for YA Group’s accident reconstruction and biomechanical services.

Before her work in this field, which began in 2013, Ashley worked extensively in the non-profit sector. She designed and managed multisystemic therapy programs for juvenile delinquents, evaluated and trained drug courts and their professionals, and facilitated designing and implementing performance management systems for non-profit organizations. Additionally, she has experience with community assessments, grant writing, and database development.
