Biography
Jack Weber is a project controls and construction strategy leader with extensive experience supporting high‑tech and mission‑critical capital programs, including semiconductor manufacturing, hyperscale data centers, and federal and government infrastructure. Jack is a valued member of the Project Controls and Construction Strategy team at YA Group.
He designs enterprise‑level controls systems that strengthen governance, improve predictability, and influence cost, schedule, and risk outcomes on some of the industry’s most complex programs. With deep expertise in Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, schedule analytics, and performance intelligence, Jack has led baseline development and controls strategy for programs ranging from major facility expansions to portfolios exceeding $1.5 billion in value.
Throughout his career, Jack has developed enterprise scheduling standards, general requirements, and SOPs that shaped how large organizations plan, govern, and execute multi‑billion‑dollar capital programs.
