Biography

Logan Hampton is a Regional Consultant with extensive construction management experience in the Mid-Atlantic region. Logan is a valued member of the consulting team at YA Group, where he brings a practical, owner-focused perspective to a wide range of assignments.

He has managed large-scale government projects with Hensel Phelps Construction Company, working on contracts ranging from $18 million to over $750 million. In these roles, Logan supported new construction efforts, coordinated project execution, and navigated complex contractual environments to ensure successful outcomes.

In addition to his work on government projects, Logan has developed multifamily communities and RV parks as both owner and construction manager. He guided these projects through design, bidding, and construction phases, strengthening his ability to interpret contracts, develop detailed scopes of work, and drive projects efficiently to completion.

Logan joined YA Group in 2023, leveraging his diverse experience to deliver strategic solutions and exceptional value to clients.
