Biography

Carly Rocco is a Civil Engineer with diverse experience across forensic engineering, building envelope consulting, and construction. She is a valued member at YA Group.

Carly performs comprehensive engineering evaluations of building enclosures, with specialized expertise in roof system evaluations. Her background includes forensic building envelope and roof assessments, as well as construction defect evaluations for residential and commercial structures. She has extensive experience assessing hail, wind, water intrusion, tornado, hurricane, and fire damage.

Previously, Carly worked as a forensic engineer, a roof system specifier for a major roof manufacturer, and a project engineer for a general contractor, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both design intent and field execution.
