Professional Biography
Josh Thompson is a licensed professional engineer specializing in the forensic evaluation of structures damaged by natural disasters, fires, construction defects, collapses, vehicular impacts, foundation issues, and building envelope failures. Josh utilizes industrial rope access techniques to complete structural and building façade inspections on high-rise buildings and difficult access locations.
He has performed several hundred roof evaluations for hail and wind damage at residential and large commercial properties. Josh was deployed on CAT assignments for Hurricanes (Matthew, Harvey, Irma, Michael, Laura, Sally, Delta, Zeta, Ida, and Ian) and Tornadoes (Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee).
