Evan Dyer brings over 20 years of disaster recovery and program management experience across both the public and private sectors. With a background in business administration and a strong foundation in federal grant management, Evan combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive project success and accelerate closeouts.
As grants manager and a key architect of Louisiana’s Office of Community Development Hazard Mitigation Program, he oversaw the distribution of over $1.5 billion in funding to more than 15,000 homeowners. His deep understanding of the Stafford Act and extensive experience navigating complex financial and compliance requirements have made him a trusted expert in streamlining funding mechanisms and delivering impactful recovery outcomes.
