Biography

Thao is a licensed professional architect and Project Manager for YA Engineering Services’ Southwest region. With over ten years of experience in architecture, she possesses diverse knowledge of various building types and construction methods. Her focus includes ADA compliance reviews, building code reviews, cladding repair design, construction document development, and quality control of construction documentation. Thao has provided consulting services that include reviewing documentation of destructive investigations, project and building code research, and the development of reports and expert opinions for different types of investigations.
