Biography

Scott Abraham is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience in engineering design, procurement, construction, quality assurance, and forensic analysis across a wide range of construction types. Scott is a trusted resource to insurance carriers, attorneys, building owners, design professionals, contractors, and federal agencies.

Scott’s forensic expertise includes failure analysis involving structural damage, site and utility damage, subsurface damage to structures, catastrophe response, soil and foundation instability, material and construction defects, and evaluations of code and contract compliance. He has also led catastrophe and storm-damage assessments related to hurricane winds, storm surge, tornadoes, floods, and hail.

Earlier in his career, Scott contributed to projects during Operation Iraqi Freedom, applying his engineering skills in challenging and dynamic environments.
