Biography

Ryan Grantham is a National Business Development Executive for Accident Reconstruction with over eight years of experience in the forensic engineering industry. He is a valued member of the Accident Reconstruction team at YA Group.

He brings extensive experience from a well‑respected national forensic engineering firm, where he served as a Senior Business Development Representative. In that role, he managed and expanded both new and existing client relationships, beginning with regional business development before progressing into national initiatives. His responsibilities grew to include supporting company-wide practice groups, national client networks, and global professional associations.

Before transitioning into forensic engineering business development, Ryan worked as a Fire Protection Engineer. In that earlier part of his career, he focused on large-scale fire testing, fire protection and life safety systems, and fire investigation. This technical foundation, combined with his strategic business development background, provides a rare blend of expertise across engineering and client strategy.

Ryan’s unique combination of technical acumen and business development experience makes him a strong asset to YA Group’s Accident Reconstruction services.
