Ryan Begley is a Regional Consultant with 16 years of experience in the insurance claims and property damage field. He is a key member of YA Group’s Construction Consulting practice.

Ryan brings a deep understanding of complex loss environments, developed through a decade as a Large Loss General Adjuster for a high-net-worth insurance carrier. In that role, he managed significant property damage claims across the United States, with a particular focus on the New England region. He was responsible for evaluating, negotiating, and resolving losses with reported values up to $5 million, covering a wide range of perils including fire, wind, water, and environmental events.

Ryan’s strengths include accurate scope development, damage assessment, cost estimation, and clear communication with all parties involved. By combining technical expertise with practical field experience, Ryan delivers thorough insights that help industry clients achieve defensible, well-supported outcomes for even the most complex property damage matters.
