Rich Chudzik

Biography

Rich Chudzik brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across military, industrial, and consulting sectors to Young & Associates, where he applies his deep expertise in strategy, operations, and team development. From a young age, Rich developed a strong appreciation for the construction industry—shaped by time spent in the former Bethlehem Steel Plant and on job sites with his father, an Ironworker—which instilled in him a lasting respect for the people who bring blueprints to life.

A proud U.S. Army Veteran and former Infantry Officer, Rich served with the 82nd Airborne Division in Iraq and Afghanistan as both a Line Platoon Leader and a Scout/Sniper Platoon Leader. His military honors include the Bronze Star, Purple Heart, multiple Army Commendation Medals, and the Army Achievement Medal. He is a graduate of elite military programs including Ranger School, Airborne, Air Assault, Marine Corps Mountain Warfare, Infantry Officer Basic Course (IOBC), and Combatives.

Following his military service, Rich built a distinguished civilian career in the Aerospace and Defense industry with Moog and General Dynamics Land Systems, holding leadership roles in Supply Chain, Business Development, Operations, and General Management. He later founded and led Trophy Point Construction Services & Consulting, growing it into a nationally recognized cost estimating and scheduling firm before its integration with Young & Associates.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University, and a Master of Engineering from Cornell University. He is deeply committed to supporting veterans and their families, drawing on his own service experience to make a meaningful impact.
