Biography

Mark White is a project management consultant with extensive experience in construction and litigation analysis across a wide range of project types. He is a valued member at YA Group, where he provides expertise in construction scheduling, project controls, documentation, economic and forensic construction analysis, damage calculations, and information management for complex construction projects.

Mark has worked as a consultant and expert supporting construction projects ranging from $3 million to $125 million, including heavy civil, infrastructure, airport, transit, and commercial developments. He has contributed to more than 100 projects, giving him a deep understanding of critical path management from early conceptual design through procurement, bidding, execution, project closeout, and dispute resolution. His litigation support work includes both cost and schedule impact analyses.

Throughout his career, Mark established comprehensive project budgets, developed and maintained CPM schedules, and managed claims and change order resolution. His delay analyses and presentations are known for their clarity, precision, and ability to communicate complex issues effectively to stakeholders.
