Biography
Junior Ybarra is a Senior Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the construction and insurance industries. He specializes in commercial and multi-family large-loss projects throughout Texas and beyond.
In the past he has handled residential claims for major carriers, performed on-site inspections, coverage determinations, prepared estimates using Xactimate, and negotiated settlements. He contributed to the Rebuild New York project, creating replacement cost estimates for uninsured homeowners affected by catastrophic loss. He has also managed residential and commercial insurance program claims and led construction services. In 2018, he co-founded New Age Construction LLC, specializing in residential, multi-family, and commercial claims across the greater Houston area.
