Josh Telenko is Vice President, Estimating Services at YA Group, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on and managerial experience in the construction industry. His well-rounded background—spanning fieldwork, cost estimating, and executive leadership—gives him a comprehensive understanding of project lifecycles and the decisions that shape successful outcomes.

Josh began his career in the field, working on construction projects across Pennsylvania and West Virginia before transitioning into management and consulting roles. Over the years, he has served as an owner’s representative, construction manager, and construction consultant, supporting clients through every phase of planning, execution, and delivery.

His ability to bridge field knowledge with strategic planning has made him a key asset in guiding projects to successful outcomes while maintaining strong communication and trust with owners, contractors, and design teams alike.
