Josh Telenko

Biography

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Josh brings a well-rounded and insightful perspective to every project. His unique background—spanning both fieldwork and office-based roles—enables him to understand the full lifecycle of construction projects and the impact each decision has on all project stakeholders.

Josh began his career in the field as a laborer, contributing to a variety of construction projects across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He went on to earn both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After a brief stint in corporate sales, he returned to his roots in construction, where he honed his expertise in cost estimating under the mentorship of industry-leading professionals at Baer & Associates.

Since joining Trophy Point, Josh has leveraged his diverse experience to support clients as an Owner’s Representative, Construction Manager, and Construction Consultant. His ability to bridge field knowledge with strategic planning has made him a key asset in guiding projects to successful outcomes while maintaining strong communication and trust with owners, contractors, and design teams alike.
