Biography

Joseph Dommer brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with a career spanning executive leadership and expert cost estimating. Before merging his firm with Trophy Point in 2018, he served as President for 12 years.

Joe’s project portfolio includes public, educational, healthcare, and industrial developments, where he has led as partner-in-charge or Chief Cost Estimator. Today, he focuses on high-level estimating during master planning and conceptual design phases.
