Biography

Jon DiRienzo is a Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) with over 17 years of experience supporting complex construction projects across the United States. He is the Northeast Director of Business Development for Planning & Construction Advisory Services and holds a degree in Environmental Design with a minor in Architecture from the University at Buffalo.

Jon works closely with owners, architects, engineers, and internal project teams to support informed decision-making from early planning through execution. His expertise spans healthcare, research facilities, municipal, higher education, K–12, and complex industrial projects, helping stakeholders align scope, budget, and risk to achieve successful project outcomes.
