Biography
Johann Lepasana is the Head of Integration Management at YA Group, bringing extensive experience in leading complex integration projects. He joined YA in 2025 and currently oversees the integration office, ensuring the smooth and effective incorporation of newly acquired companies into the YA framework.
Johann is a key member of the leadership team, driving strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and operational alignment. Prior to joining YA, he worked at a financial services firm, where he progressed from Integration Manager to leading an integration team that managed 55 acquisition projects from due diligence through deal close between 2022 and January 2025.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
