Biography
Jeff Kujawa brings extensive project management expertise to the Trophy Point team, backed by a strong foundation in engineering and physics. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Geneseo with a concentration in Physics and a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Vermont.
Jeff began his career in the aerospace industry, contributing to the space shuttle program before transitioning to the design and fabrication of military systems. During this time, he developed a deep understanding of government contracting and the demands of supporting mission-critical timelines for the Warfighter. He successfully led projects from initial concept through final delivery, with a strong track record in cost control and schedule adherence.
At Trophy Point, Jeff initially served as a project scheduler and MEP estimator. Today, he manages both internal and external project scheduling and leads key initiatives aimed at optimizing the company’s processes, controls, and tools—ensuring the team is equipped for efficient and effective project delivery.
