Biography

Ms. Wong is a registered architect and civil engineer in the state of Washington with extensive expertise in the forensic assessment and repair design of existing structures. Her work encompasses building envelope failure analysis, roofing, cladding, and waterproofing repair design, as well as pre-purchase evaluations, feasibility studies, and energy code compliance consulting.

She brings a depth of experience in code research and analysis, damage documentation and assessment, and determining sources of water intrusion. Ms. Wong’s research on building enclosure performance issues has been published both nationally and internationally, earning her recognition and national awards for her contributions to the field.
