Biography

Devin Kirk is a schedule consulting professional with six years of experience managing a wide range of project types and values. He is a Regional Director within the Planning & Construction Advisory Services Division at YA Group, where he leads scheduling efforts across the Western United States and provides clients with accurate, actionable project schedule data.

Devin has excelled in his career from the start, quickly progressing into a supervisory role. The staff he has trained and managed over the years have become key members of the Planning & Construction Advisory Services Division, supporting large enterprise clients and overseeing major sub‑regions within the West. His team has successfully managed hundreds of project schedules from pre‑construction through project execution and into delay analysis and resolution.

As a Construction Management graduate, Devin applied the technical knowledge gained through his education and professional development to train and mentor effective schedule consultants, regardless of their prior experience. His background has enabled him to deliver both conventional and creative scheduling solutions tailored to client needs, drawing on strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to project delivery.
