Biography
Adrian Russell is a scheduling and consulting professional specializing in project controls, delay analysis, business interruption, and claims consultancy within the construction and insurance markets. He is a Regional Director at YA Group, where he leads regional consulting efforts to deliver comprehensive and methodologically sound scheduling and advisory services for builders risk claims, business interruption claims, and complex reconstruction projects.
Adrian brings first-hand experience from the oil and gas and petrochemical industries, drawing on a career rooted in capital project execution, turnarounds, and large-scale industrial programs. He has developed and analyzed project schedules across a broad range of project sizes and complexities, authored enterprise scheduling standards and procedures used across major industrial organizations, and developed and delivered scheduling training and certification programs for project controls practitioners.
Prior to joining YA Group, Adrian worked in consulting, owner, and EPC roles supporting capital and turnaround projects and portfolios across large industrial facilities and multi‑billion‑dollar energy developments.
